With the summer quickly coming to a close it is the perfect time for a song titled “Summer Mood”. I posted Best Coast a few months ago under my new band crush and talked about their upcoming album which is now available. Although their album, Crazy For You manages to capture the essence and feel of California culture, it is a touch sappy. This track is probably the least sappy and my favourite from the album. The album that received an 8.4 out of 10 by Pitchfork would be a dream for a 14 year old girl. Nevertheless good music is good music so check it out. The band is in Toronto on September 25th at Lee’s Place.
