The four stunning images before you may look like marble sculptures or something from the latest 3D movie but they are nothing less than printer paper. Jeff Nishinaka is a paper god. As Think Contra points out, his use of paper is something Ive never seen in my life. The Los angeles born artist uses mainly white paper in his art because of the outstanding play of light and shadow which a large part of the attraction to his work. Nishinaka has received much success throughout his career while working in advertising, fine art, fashion and some larger installations. I’m not sure the going rate for one of his unique pieces but you can check out more of his portfolio on his website at Jeff Nishinaka.
